This Berlin-based design studio appeals to our FEWER BIGGER BETTER M.O. Uncommon Matters’ porcelain couture jewelry transcends its fragile composition with audacious design. Their most recent line of accessories, AU [79], includes neckpieces, bracelets and rings–finished in gold and silver–that bring to mind glamorous body armor. Our favorite: the gold curved neckcuff. Or perhaps the platinized shirt collar necklace. Either/or — not common at all. Get selected pieces from current and past collections at NY-based Maryam Nassir Zadeh or Antwerp’s RA13.
